These Terms govern your use of URIP (urip.adaptive-mind.com), a SaaS / on-prem / hybrid platform operated by Adaptive Mind. By using URIP you accept these Terms. If you don't accept, don't use the service.
URIP ingests findings from your existing security tools, normalises them onto a 0–10 risk score, and renders Risk Intelligence + Compliance dashboards. Subscription is per-tenant, with module licences activating CSPM, DSPM, AI Security, ZTNA, Risk Quantification, Attack Path, and VAPT capabilities.
You will not (a) reverse-engineer the platform; (b) use it to attack or scan systems you do not own; (c) share your account credentials; (d) use the VAPT portal to submit findings about systems for which you do not have authorisation; (e) circumvent rate limits or quota.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to URIP. We process it on your behalf to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
SaaS deployment: 99.5% monthly uptime SLA, measured at the API gateway. Maintenance windows are pre-announced. On-prem and hybrid deployments depend on your infrastructure; we provide patch cadence and CVE notifications but you operate.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. We delete your tenant data within 90 days of termination, retaining only audit-log copies required by law and de-identified aggregates.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
URIP improves your security posture but does not replace your security team's judgement. We are not legal counsel. Compliance framework templates are starting points your counsel must review.
